1. The Testing Process

Incubation Time: After exposing the dish (air, surface, or HVAC), you must allow the growth medium to sit for 48 hours. If no mold appears, you must re-check at 72 and 96 hours to confirm it is negative.
Limitations: The kit only detects airborne or surface mold spores present in the tested area at the exact time of testing.

2. Optional Lab Analysis (Genus Identification)

Culture Fees: The mail-in lab analysis is optional and requires an additional processing fee for the sample to be cultured to expand past the Type of Mold, but the Species for Medical Inquiries. Contact us for Culture Test Processing

3. Liability & Health Disclaimers

Liability Limits: Manufacturer disclaims liability for structural damages or health complications. The test cannot measure toxicity or guarantee the absence of mold throughout an entire property.
